About Jordan Patterson

I attended La Salle University to earn a degree in accounting.  I had always wanted to live in Philadelphia.  I was mesmerized and inspired by the art, the people, and the culture.  I gravitated to accounting because I always liked math.  Though in my previous roles, I was most fulfilled when I was able to add value to people in some way.  Whether it was working as a camp counselor to make sure that kids had an incredibly fun summer.  Or when I worked as a business consultant to help business owners build their brands.  That's why I decided to get into real estate. There are so many ways to add value to people. Like helping people find their first home or their dream home. Working with young adults to secure that first apartment. Or helping you secure a bigger place so you can start a family.

I want to help people start their next chapter.  As your agent, I will do everything in my power to serve you and find what you're looking for.

When I'm not working I like reading a good book, listening to music, trying another one of Philly's great restaurants, working out, practicing archery, or going on a spontaneous adventure.
